Who We Are?
Indonesia Furniture Industry & Handicraft Association in Indonesia that shelters all furniture and handicraft companies, ranging from raw material, semi-finished, and finished products.
History
Established in 1988, ASMINDO (Indonesian Furniture Industry and Handicraft Association) was founded through the agreement and mandate of the Indonesian Rattan Entrepreneurs Association (HPRI) and the Indonesian Furniture and Wood Products Association (APHKI). The establishment was decided during the Extraordinary National Meeting of HPRI on August 10, 1988, in Surabaya, and officially ratified on April 3, 1989, in Jakarta. Since then, ASMINDO has continued to represent and promote Indonesia’s furniture and handicraft industry, supporting its members and strengthening the industry’s competitiveness in both national and international markets.

To transform Indonesia as the biggest and most prominent centre of furniture and craft regionally and globally
MISSION
- To create and develop favorable business climate to make higher competitiveness of industry as well as enable businessmen to participate
- To manage and develop ability, activity, and interest of businessmen in furniture industry and furniture in technical or regulatory focus.
- To protect interest of members, ranging from raw material supply, processing, distribution, and regulation.
